Colin D. Proudfoot, Chief Executive Officer |

Mr. Proudfoot is a proven high-tech financial executive with multinational expertise in Finance and General Management at such companies as Compaq Computers, Integrated Micro Products and Sun Microsystems. As the former COO and CFO of Lightspeed Interactive, he has direct experience in the management of both high performing and contract businesses. Mr. Proudfoot has led the financial management of divisions and organizations with employees on three continents and budgets in excess of $6 billion.

Ali Bushehri, Vice President, Enterprise Development |

Mr. Bushehri has over 20 years of business management and entrepreneurial development experience, most recently as the Managing Director for C-MA International, a global resource for start up companies. Previously, as COO and CFO of OZ Technologies, Mr. Bushehri was responsible for setting up many of the company's operating departments as well as negotiating, developing and implementing supply alliances and customer quality management programs. At Hunter Paine, Mr. Bushehri focuses on value creation for LexiteT, with responsibilities including supply chain development, RFID program implementation and strategic expansion for both domestic and international markets. Mr. Bushehri holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and has completed post graduate work at Stanford University. |

Eric Campbell, Vice President, Human Resources |

Mr. Campbell's career spans nearly two decades, most recently as Chairman and CEO of his own company, Level 5 Advantage, which provides a full range of outsourced human resource services to small and medium sized companies. He is a recognized leader in the field of Organizational Development and Human Capital Management and is regularly quoted by domestic and international media on the strategic business advantage that Human Capital Management can create. Mr. Campbell was instrumental in the rapid growth of Docent, Inc. from a 26 employee privately held early stage domestic start-up to a 360 employee, 10 nation operation, which ranked 7th and 8th in Forbes and the San Jose Mercury News, respectively, for its fast-ramp and management excellence. |

Danna Glauser, Vice President, Marketing |

Ms. Glauser brings nearly two decades of experience in the areas of sales, strategic marketing, M&A and business restructuring. She has spearheaded long-range strategic planning and strategic re-alignments at companies like C. Mondavi & Sons and Monsanto, where she achieved record sales and 15% annual business unit growth. Her strategic pricing models have provided market flexibility in support of financial goals and she has led all aspects of corporate and brand communications. At Hunter Paine, Ms. Glauser is responsible for strategy development, brand identity, corporate communications and the marketing for Lexite™. Ms. Glauser holds a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Washington University. |

Richard Wenning, Vice President, Engineering |

Mr. Wenning brings 13 years of experience managing large engineering and development teams, and multi-million dollar budgets in new construction, turnaround, and other situations requiring significant adaptation to rapid change. His technical, analytical, management, financial and project management skills contributed to the successes of companies such as J&J's LifeScan, Inc., Cupertino Electric, and Caltrol Inc. At Hunter Paine, Mr. Wenning is responsible for the design, development and implementation of Lexite™ production facilities, including plans for the company's future expansion. Mr. Wenning holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly, Pomona and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Patrick H. Winters, Executive Vice President, Operations and Founder |

Mr. Winters passion is inventing transaction solutions for complex business offers. As Vice President of Sales for Hunter Paine, he uses his extensive background and network in international sales to position and sell the company's products. He has consistently driven double-digit sales growth at companies such as Cryovac (a Fortune 500 converter of flexible packaging films to the food industry), Curwood, Inc. (a converter of flexible packaging films for the food industry) and M&D Industries (an international manufacturer of aseptic packaging equipment and printing company). Prior to founding Hunter Paine, Mr. Winters was founder and President of his own import / export marketing and sales company.
