The SmartStick™ Plus offers all the benefits of The SmartStick™ and is identical in design to the “C” channel structure described above, but with the added security benefit of being completely enclosed. The open portion of the “C” channel is completely and permanently closed, creating a protected cavity within the SmartStick™ for multiple passive or active RFID tags or other sensors. This internal cavity is also protected from moisture penetration and provides an additional deterrent for tampering with the enclosed RFID tags, antennae and batteries.
